Original home market RHD example, Registered with the original Surrey registration number WPL 750, Originally an AC engine example which returned back to the factory in the 1960’s to have the desirable D2 Bristol engine fitted, Purchased in 1966 by legendary toolmaker and engineer John Gardiner of Crosthwaite & Gardiner Engineering fame, John embarked on a nut & bolt restoration of the Ace some 15 years ago and completed the car just prior to his passing, The Ace was then registered to his wife who retained the car until recently when we acquired it, Complete with  provenance file including original buff logbook, Well known to the AC Owners club

This wonderful AC has covered just 800 miles since restoration and is presented in outstanding condition throughout
